But as an investor, you just don't need to hear from someone else's suggestions but really do your due diligence to study the project. Does it really have the capability to deliver their mission? Is the price increase not only for short period of time? Can they sustain the growth in the market? Because most of the projects that we've seen can easily go up but once they decline, it is hard for them to go up especially if they can't fulfill their promises.
