As you can see, there were a few reviews from new accounts posted recently.

We have asked our players to leave a reply about 1xBit here on bitcointalk, and on places like TrustPilot, our request seen on the previous message of us, which was also sent via emails.

We appreciate any feedback, and would appreciate if you won't meet it biased. As it was said before - anyone can try out 1xBit themselves and post a proof here, that would be way more convincing than supporting proofless issue from a newbie account. But it hasn't been done so far, and we believe that cannot be done, since a fair player wouldn't meet any troubles at 1xBit - it can be seen via reviews in the reviews thread, and by recent replies.
