I dont know if it happens with other guys but they cancel many bets as they say because of wrong odds. But
that shouldnt happen because they cancel games even one hour after the placement time which is unacceptable. Generally
you should stop cancelling bets and make your odds more accurate if possible. Furthermore i have max 1.5 mbtc per
withdrawal which is very low for such a bookmakers that is advertised in here. Please raise general limits of daily withdrawals
for your customers and stop cancelling bets. its really sad to return after many hours to check your bets and although
they are winning you realise that the bookmaker has cancelled them and of course your winnings are lost. crypto bookmakers
are born daily and losing your customers because of such behaviours is very easy so please take care of your customers complaints
firstly because they will bring you more and more customers.
