Using a newbie account to bump this thread is nothing new. Such activities will never bring good results unless they take all issues seriously. So don't think everyone is stupid, now everyone is becoming wary of these types of websites.

No updates for me yet? Your support are ignoring my emails. I asked them when did I request to close my account and they are unable to answer or admit they ignored my first emails.
You have asked severral times but your updates was ignored so what can you expect on that.
