I think the 1xbit officials have given the most accurate answer to the ops; he said he hard an issue which take time to be resolved, the most important thing here is that his issue was resolve and deposited credited into the user account so I don’t see any importance in bringing the issue here, we should focused more on the unresolved issues and not focusing on apology for resolved issues.
I don think so, do you know that it's hard to become a victim of false accusations especially if it involves a big amount, you'll have sleeplessness night, you'll get depressed and it's running through your mind if you will get a refund if they have resolved the issue they should add an apology, this is the right thing to do, they need to admit that they have wronged their members, they should be responsible enough to admit all of this.
