A bit contradictory the title with what you say later:
"This was locked by an administrator. You cannot unlock it."
I noticed a few locked threads a few days ago. They were probably reported or the mods decided to clean them up. If you think you left out something important to say, you can try to open another thread, but if it doesn't add something meaningful, I guess you'll get it deleted or locked as well.
