It went up to the $50,000 just days ago and it is going down ever since (currently on sideways).
In short, it is just a false breakout and it just shows that $50,000 is a strong resistance right now and that is the spot where people are selling most of their holding causing the price of Bitcoin to go down.

Will it last until the end of the year? I hope that it will and for sure many are happy if that happen but just be ready if the worst thing happen. When things don't go the way we wanted, those who are ready for it are the ones who are gaining the most profit. Staying above $50,000 for days to weeks will be a good sign and it will try to pierce the very peak of it which is near $60,000. Right now price of Bitcoin is at $47,000.
