Are all topics locked by admins unable to be reopened by the user? I guess I remember having a topic that was locked by the administrator and I reopened it but I'm not sure. Huh
I think no, webtricks ask a related question some months ago, one of the forum staffs replied that it is not possibe. If moderator/admin locks the topic, can the creator of the topic unlock it again?
After the moderator or administrator closes the topic, the creator of the topic can not unlock it. If the creator tries to unlock the topic, he will receive a message:
