To unite ideas is not an easy thing, moreover they have to spend capital in every thing that is being done. Even those closest to us are difficult to join, let alone we are looking for other people we don't know, and with different areas.
Why should there be so many people? Of course what we do is not something easy. Investors will never want to join without a clear meeting. Then why is the recent project so easy to succeed, never even having a meeting with anyone. What investors see in the project is who is behind the project being developed.
