What do you usually look out for before picking tokens/NFT project for mid-term or long-term investment?
1. team behind the project?
2. type of blockchain?
3. real-world use-cases?
4. partnerships?
5. period of existence?
6. Stability of the token/NFT project?
I think the most important of what you've said all is #6. There can be good teams or anonymous teams for those projects in NFT but if they're not sustainable and there's no good progress to be seen with what they're working with, that's a sign that you must stop with that NFT.
But if you see how the project is being sustained, from the team and from the market then you might give it a chance.
