It's the equivalent of bothering to engineer fake eggs that pass regulatory muster when its cheaper to raise actual hens.
The roosters have been eaten, now the female chickens that are still hanging around and laying eggs haven't hatched, some have hatched and have become independent children, Some of the eggs are rotten and cannot hatch again, but they are still under the guidance of the hen, if the female is cut off, the children will find their own food.

Seems to have to wait for the chicks a bit big, the meat feels solid and good grilled.

The strangest phenomenon, occurred in 2021, caused by floods and hurricanes, plus covid, like wasps finding beehives.
