When you raise tens of hundreds of alts, and produce some word salads, you'll attract some legit forum users as well.

Exchanges, casinos and mixers do that all the time. Their big customers are CP sellers, drug sellers, terrorists etc but it is your legit money that washes their huge dirty money.
