Price being not stable = the essence of bitcoin? Where did you get that information? Bitcoin doesn't need to be overly-volatile to be a good asset. Even if it could just be giving us 20% annually in average, it's still one hell of an asset(not to mention decentralized and self-custody) even if those levels of increase wouldn't be attractive to the get-rich-quick kinds of "investors".
