A big deal that not everyone expected is definitely the arrival of Patty Mills to the Brooklyn Nets, an opportunity that will allow both parties to achieve important goals during the upcoming NBA season.
The former San Antonio player will be bound to the franchise for the next two years thanks to a $12 million contract. Another excellent player wiil give then a great support to Kyrie Irving, James Harden and Kevin Durant, ready to chase the title.

Seems the Nets are looking closely on how he did this recent Olympics at Tokyo. PatMills sure have been great during the Olympics and he's somehow the leader getting that bronze for the Australian Boomers, he's really a great addition on the backcourt by the Nets.
There's a rumor floating around that DeAndre Jordan won't be back as a Nets for season. I don't know what Nets are thinking if this turns out to be true. He didn't deliver last season but I think it's too late to be looking for trades now.
The Lakers are eyeing on him or on Rajon Rondo this time around as per the rumors. Who knows but I think they are working on their rosters the issue was just the salary cap for the Lakers.
