in pm you mentioned that you don't know the number of your account. Also, if you could post when this issue has occurred, and if you have transactions hashes - that would help.
We will forward this info to the security so we can check if there is such account, and what happened to it.
As you can see in our signature - there are a lot of resolved cases, so if the wins were fair - you don't need to worry about your funds.

I won the bets fair, but the problem is that you indicate I didn't.
Accept the fair won bets from my account and credit the funds back.
giving back my deposit is not a solution, its stealing money and scamming.
I did not violate any rules!
