I believe what @pawanjain tough is the minimum withdrawal of the casino not your minimum target! 
you can't really handle any target. Believe me, the more huge your fund will be the more betting size you will make. starting to grow my small capital by betting ver tiny bits but upon growing the bets increase that ends up being a loser But its ok because at least i can smile after knowing that i make it grow from almost a dust
