I can accept it comes with a 1 or 2 year ban on wearing a signature. I can accept this punishment. Because I don’t currently have the idea of participating in the autograph campaign.

The exception applies if you're a very valuable contributor to the community.
But for most of the cases, plagiarism is usually permanent.
