Having known plenty of Chinese people myself, these are common phrases I see in texts with them. They stand out in ways that I don't write, and think they are odd.
These are two very common phrases, to use them even close to definitively, you would have to compare them against some standard. Do you have a standard where you have analyzed other user accounts that you believe are not sock puppets?
