Real world use cases. Because there are many projects which only be ideas and after ICO end, their product never launched. Only listed in market and then maybe developer leave the project. Like BNB or maybe SFP, their coins have product like wallet or exchange and people need to buy them so can join in some events, it can cause demands and increase the price. That is a good point for me in investment.
