Maybe you are right that they both are alt of this OP but they both shared betbitcoin247.com while this OP has shared url with dot(io). Not sure if they are same people. Not trying to defend OP of course.
High possibility they are the same person. Similar domain, same type of game, same "fake" license (with the same number but different expiration date). The first site (with dot com) is no more accessible, I guess they decided to shut it down after some people exposed the fake license. Now they are coming back with new domain (dot io) but keep the old mistake unfortunately.
Great spot! If they are working with the same team and same scheme, we should not put any money here. OP have to explain this one so they can at least clear they name and clear the connection of these two accounts, new gambling site are always welcome here but they should not offer a poor service and a scam project, they'll be expose because many gamblers here are really doing the search.
Only naive players will deposit on this site without doing any quick search.

Creating another account to offer the same site, just using a different domain, is signifying a different motive here.
