Some remarks about BTC payouts:

How come that automatic payouts can be configured anywhere from 0.0025-5000000 BTC, but Minimum Cashout is 0.0031 BTC?

The minimum 0.0006 BTC transaction fee ist just insane given the current BTC value (~USD 28.5).
Any plans to reduce this to a reasonable amount?
