What you see in chat does not represents anything imho. Chat is just a place to communicate, users are free to use it or not. The number of online users cant be compared to the number of users who are playing as well. It means that if the number of online users is big but there is less activity in chat, it does not mean that it is wrong number.
I can agree with you here. Just like me, I'm not really a sociable person. I prefer playing without bothering to send any message in chat room. Maybe, if I got any trouble. But if not, I prefer to play on my own terms without any distraction. So yes, the number of online users vs chat activity doesn't say anything significant or you can conclude something from it.
But another marketing campaign for betfury may really be great for their exposure.
