And if you have created then just post all the proofs there.
If you haven’t violated any rules and terms of the site then you will surely get your money back.
But yes if by any means you have tried to cheat the system and violated any terms and conditions, then the site has the right to confiscate any money gained by cheating or taking unfair advantage.

he wanted His account to be closed/banned because he is a gambling addict things that i find stupid because even if his account got banned, he can easily create one to play if he cannot prevent himself from playing.
so best to understand the post before quoting because you only shows why this company paying you for this kind of inappropriate posts.
