I am very relieved to report that I have now received all pending withdrawals after 19days.
As said, no mud-throwing around from me, but I can still safely answer that I'll never deposit to bitvest.io again.
I have never been a player myself, but I have learned that when people leave they wish the others good luck, therefor:

Nice to know that you've got all your pending withdrawals, it's a big relief for Bitvest supporters and promoters we understand that experience and your decision not to deposit again, we should move on from this, Bitvest reputation is still intact, hopefully, no issue like this arise again although it's something unavoidable, so Bitvest is now on its target for 9 years running.
