Hi, thank you for your reply. I know that I have to wait Poloniex support but 190 days is very long for me.. This recover process can takes 190 days ? or I forget this bitcoin.. and last reply from them that my transaction is cross - chain transaction. Another forum user wrote me that he dont think this is a cross chain .. what are your thoughts on this? thanks
I know I can't imagine how frustrated you are. But you better lower your expectation about the result or the timeframe of this cases. You said on that topic, there are other cases whose solved way faster than you, but you can't make it as an example or expectation for Poloniex to solve your case. As the exchange stated:
there is no timeline given, nor a guarantee of the recovery of said funds. Please also refer to our user agreement, specifically section 5 stating: If you send a Digital Asset to a Poloniex address that is unable to receive that specific Digital Asset, or if you make any typos or inaccuracies in the wallet address, such Digital Asset may be lost forever.
About cross-chain transactions, I can't say too much since I don't fully understand the definitive term or the technicalities about it.
