Use the following steps to recover your private key using the certutil command. 1. Locate your Server Certificate file by opening Microsoft Internet Information Services Manager, then on the right side select Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. 2.

And also if you deleted your software wallet or anything happens to hardware wallet is not possible to recover private key. But there is a recover option in PC you can able to retrieve the deleted wallet; before going to recover option save the private key of existing wallet in your system; because any wallet which was installed after the recovery date will be erased.

If hardware wallet got damaged then no way to recover Private key.
