Refund policy:
Refund will be issue in the following situations: 1. KnCminer fail to deliver the miner and issue a refund to me. 2. The total fund received by GB member cannot buy less than 1 KNCminer.

If you file a claim via Paypal, I will simply refund you and you will longer be in this groupbuy.
send fund using credit card will be refunded right away because I don't accept them. Using Paypal you have 45 days to regret. If you use credit card there can be 90-120 days to file charge backs, which means you can even file charge backs after this groupbuy pay you LTC. About me:
To be honest, this is the first groupbuy I am organizing and I joined several groupbuys in the past year. I saw the Kncminer email me about the new scrypt miner, but I don't want to risk 10k myself to buy one machine and there is nobody organizing a groupbuy for this new miner currently.
