I think every time is a good time for investing in BTC for long time investors because BTC never falls in near future.
I don't think every time is a good time to invest in bitcoin, imagine when you invest when bitcoin reaches ath, and now the bitcoin price is dump maybe now we will feel disappointed because of investing in bitcoin, so not every time but we must know when enter to buy bitcoin by doing your own analysis
