If you consider that all countries basically have a negative interest rates, the only sane thing to do is borrow fiat, and send it into crypto to earn yield.
I have personally borrowed all the fiat the bank has allowed me to, and send it into celsius. It's giving me 8,88% APY which is more than enough to pay off the bank's 2% loan.

it's simple math.

People are mostly afraid because of the volatility, that 8.8% APY can be a lot lower than 2% loan if the price deeps too much! Luckily most coins are now up, and they have better prices than at the same time 2, 3, and more years ago!

The problem is not in taking a loan, the problem can be in repaying it! I guess you have some stable income, and you are covered in case of some disaster in crypto, which means you will be able to repay your loan from your stable income! It's all in that, don't take something you can't return... have more options, secure yourself and everything can be fine and profitable!
