well the BetBTC team have done well by publicizing all the steps towards the exit from the gambling space, there were few complaints on withdraw in the last few days I believe there take actions to withdraw they found before the website goes offline.

Yes, there will be complaints in some cases, but if those complaints are properly resolved then it must have been a good thing.
