The issuer of the listing at cryptostocks has a list with all the shareholders at CS who chose to disclose their email.
That;s just about it.
I suppose that the vote will either be at CS, or better yet, onsite at alcurex.

I certainly hope there is no vote for this on this board, as this will definitely lead to excessive socket voting.
