From my experience no, but you can't really avoid getting limited on any sportsbook when you're a profitable bettor.
I saw on trustpilot they ask for kyc after someone win some money. Is this true? After how much winning?

It's true and based on the terms and conditions it's around 2K euro or 1

Do they allow multiaccing (this is an anonym bookie, so they should)?
Nope, you could open another account but they don't allow it.
Or can you tell me a better crypto bookie, if this is not good?
