Darren Till will surely put a fight even though he isn't that active inside the Octagon for a year but he can still put massive damage with his striking in my opinion, and for me, it is weird that Derek Brunson has focused on his wrestling even though he is great with his striking against the Robert Whittaker fight but he has a glass chin that can sure be exposed, that is why I think he had honed his wrestling so much right now, and I really don't know if that could be effective for Darren Till but I will surely go with a well-rounded fighter and that's Derek Brunson.
To be fair, the best way to beat a striker is to wrestle them. You see it a lot; where the superior striker is so worried about the take down, they don't strike effectively, and therefore the wrestler ends up out striking them. I've talked about this before, and I absolutely still believe that this is the case generally. Especially, when it's a out, and out wrestler vs striker. Darren Till will perform decently I imagine, and it'll definitely be better than the Holland match which was straight up embarrassing. However, I don't think he's got enough take down defense, and ground game to actually take the win.
I also think that the fight may end up like that, and yes wrestlers just like Khabib will surely put down the momentum of a striker and they can pressure strikers with their takedowns, and I really like Derek Brunson because he is a well-rounded fighter, he is able to switch to a striking and wrestling mode, and another point that I think why Derek Brunson could win this is because Darren Till had a 1-year break from UFC, and I don't really think if he is good enough in winning this.
