i would like to change 50 EUR Paypal (account fully verified, it's mine of course) for Skrill or BTC directly to my bookmaker.

Can i just share an experience here (from Paxful) :
Yesterday i traded 38 EUR Paypal with a fair guy who gave approx. 36 EUR BTC
Then, then i had to withdraw that money from Paxful to my wallet, i received maybe 19 euros because they take "$20+ = 0.0004 BTC" fees.
Oh, well.
