Unfortunately, everything you wrote so far is correct. Binance sent BTC to the address you confirmed, so there is no error on their part. As Tether support wrote, recovery of funds is possible through the owner of the private key address to which Binance sent BTC. The only option to recover these funds is Poloniex because only they have the private key address where the BTC is.
The only way is to keep trying to contact Poloniex support. Is writing tickets the only way you are trying to contact them, or have you tried other ways?
Hi, thank you for your reply. I tried every way to contact with them.. I opened ticket 203 days ago on Poloniex. and always contacted with them using telegram, livechat and trolbox on Poloniex. But these support staff dont know anything because always they wrote me "
