I want to start off by saying in my opinion, stake.com is most definitely the best crypto book out there. Stake is legitimate and they pay all of their customers.

This post is about a sports bet and cashout that’s run by their garbage odds provider for sports.

I had this multi below.

3000 wager to win 30,000.

Sinner was up 4-1 in the 4th set and the odds were 1.01 (double break up and up 2 sets to 1)

Over 4.5 had already won.

Swiatek was 1.30 in the final set.

Karatzev was a set a piece 1.75

Cashout offer was just over 9000. I clicked cashout probably 20 times and every single time it was rejected. A few minutes after that, the cashout option was gone because they removed the sinner ML odds. Very reasonable considering it was pretty much lights out.

I went to grab a drink, I came back and it said “cashout successful” and gave me 2700ish. (NOT even close to the cashout amount it should have been.

I went over to chat and saw many people complaining about the site not working and cashout being buggy etc.

I emailed support (they all dislike me) and there response was


“Hey there!

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund these types of Bets. :/

Due to our TOS, we are not obligated to refund those bets. If you saw that we were experienced some technical issues, you should have avoided gambling during that period.

I really wish if we could help you with this but unfortunately, that is not possible. :/“

Pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Telling me to avoid gambling ? Why don’t you send out a telegram message so that bettors are aware of issues? I asked them to deduct the funds from my account and keep the bet active? No response.

Karatzev the final selection of my multi was now the only match remaining and was 1.03 (he ended up losing) but that’s irrelevant because my cashout amount was over 6000 wrong. I’ve asked them to view the logs (because I know I am 100% right here) and they refuse to assist me.

Let me add that I am down over 100,000 USD in the last 3 weeks, 20,000 today alone and almost 1.4 million overall. I am a diamond player. I am a very loyal player even though I constantly lose.

I believe that the remaining 6000 should be given to me without any discussions. If my bet wouldn’t have cashed out, I would have been offered 20k + guaranteed.

I know stake won’t do anything , because if their support/sports book managers don’t like you, they won’t help you. It’s all personal, not solely business.

I understand their terms and conditions indicate they aren’t responsible for cashout issues and amounts changes. However, this is completely different because it was clearly a glitch.

Iam extremely disappointed with the response I was given. A follow up email from fillip stated “sorry, we are too busy right now”

Lol really? You’re busy to take 2 minutes out of our shift to check glitch for a big loyal customer?

Sounds great to me.
