And what happened in the case of @acquafredda, because as far as I can see this user is active and doesn't even have a signature ban?
I believe i have 5+ good reports on him for plagiarism since January and roughly 15+ unhandled, both good and unhandled reports are exactly the same, worded and reported the same way.
You are correct, despite all of my reports, acquafredda has not been punished yet, i doubt he ever will. Anyways, i was planning to have another run at him later this month since he has not stopped plagiarizing. This post from yesterday was stolen from here (don't ask me to format it because it takes time).
Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.
