can you answer why you are selectively "resolving" complaints about your business?
I have noticed that you respond and offer a solution only for every 5th complaint, why is that so? aren't your users all equal, or do you just show up occasionally to create a false sense of problem-solving?
Why do you think that 1×bit is selectively resolving issues without you pointing to the scene. You need to understand that resolving complains of customers have different degree of levels which are not the same. Some might be just correction while others might take serious scrutiny for it to be resolved. All issues are not equal and there is need to resolve them with time with time.
