my withdrawal request from 08/19 was paid on 08/29...ten days after I requested it and it looks like I got only paid because I contacted the "Betop.GG" user her via PM. Next withdrawal request (max. amount was decreased to 1.4 mBTC per transaction) is still unpaid which is very annoying. It looks like you have to write here or send a PM to user "Betop.GG" after each withdrawal request in order to get paid. I also send support tickets on their website and emails but I did not receive any sufficient response so far.

my recent withdrawal request from 08/29 ist still pending...only response I received so far is "we'll recheck and get back to you" which was some days ago.

still unpaid since more than 7 days...I don´t know if there is a reason why some withdrawals are processed within a few days and others are waiting for more than one week...
