You seem to be late but however, it's always a good time to accumulate with the cryptos that you believe that has a great future. There might be some people that looks at the price of most cryptos today as expensive but that's how the market matures. And you'll see more from this market  if you don't accumulate on your own. There is no need for anyone to tell if it's already the accumulation time but just be firm and make your own plan of a continuous accumulation.
