yes this is indeed a signal for all crypto coins. but I don't think it will last long. so choose wisely which coin to buy, or you will be disappointed because the price doesn't go up. The state of ethereum is a natural signal for all altcoins, when good ETH is high, other altcoins will always follow, especially altcoins that are on the ERC20 network.
