Most times it's hard to predict the future price of top coins like Ethereum, this is because it takes a lot from the team and its community to pump hard, it is not like some shitcoins with low market cap which can be shilled and it pump just like that. However, Ethereum will really reach $10k because the team have set an implementation which will keep making its price valuable and that was done during the last London hard fork which keeps burning ETH when a transaction takes place. Secondly, with London hard fork in place and the forthcoming Ethereum blockchain upgrade, it will all lead to more attention on Ethereum which will in turn lead to more price growth.
Lastly, there is no one who can state correctly when $10k will be reached, it might be this year or can be next year.
