This maybe happens, because certainly many are being invited by other users, through various social networks, with the idea of coming here to earn money. Claiming that the forum is an excellent way to make money "doing nothing". But, to really earn something in this forum, it takes work and dedication. It's not enough to get here, say half a dozen nonsense and that's it, you've already won.

In my opinion, it is good for the forum if users invite newcomers here. Perhaps some of these newbies will change their minds and start posting thoughtful messages and engaging in meaningful discussions. Signature campaigns can also attract valuable members and new BTC holders to the community.

Of course, I don't think it's necessarily bad to invite other users to the forum. They are always welcome, even if they come initially just with the idea of trying to earn some change in campaigns.

What happens is that many are just looking for that extra income, and getting this is not as simple as many try to count. It's simple yes, but they require work and dedication. In turn, those who are not willing to have this work and this dedication, end up leaving the forum.

Therefore, it is up to everyone who has merits available to give, giving without looking at the status that the person has on the forum, but rather the work he does and his posts. Whether you are new or legendary, you can tackle topics and make observations that are very interesting and constructive for the entire community.

Dedicating this time to the forum, and expressing your opinion, as long as you do it in a pleasant way, receiving a merit makes this time rewarding. Of course, not everything we write will be worthy of merit. But when we receive a merit, in a post well done or in some useful way (even with a few words), we feel our effort recognized by someone, and this is motivating.
