The reason bitcoin is attractive technology is that it is not a purely technical phenomenon, it is rather a combination of different fields. It solves economic, mathematical, game theory, monetary, social, political, and other problems humanity faces through the language of code and numbers. There are no folks who know everything about all aspects of life, it is simply impossible to be good at everything. In my view, in order to be a professional in bitcoin, you neither have to be a tech-savvy guy nor be knowledgeable in all the fields bitcoin covers. For example, you are not a developer, which means you have no idea how bitcoin works at a low level, but, say,  as an economist, you can comprehend how it impacts the global economy at a high level. Looking through the lens of bitcoin, you are essentially able to see things from a completely different angle. That is exactly why we call them professionals: they are open to new ideas, and if there is a working idea, an effective solution to the problem, they will make use of it.
