Calm down man, it's just a day and probably you're right that they're not experienced in project management but that also meant that we have to cut them some slack because that's how veterans come from which is being a newbie.

I am just asking a question about their progress and expressing my opinion. also, OP said that their gambling site have been launched over a year ago and their revenue is not good. so it's clear that something is not going right. I suggested an hiring outsider to get a fresh perspective since the current marketing manager might have missed something.
