It seems you're misunderstanding the meaning of the word beginning. It doesn't say every other country will follow El Salvador's footsteps. The questions should have been like
This is really a Beginning or will it end with El Salvador?Now, to answer that question. I think countries that are friendly to BTC are still observing what's going to happen. If the implementation/roll out of government policies concerning BTC will be successful, their neighbors could follow.
You make it sounds like CZ don't understand what he is saying, to me that tweet looks like he is saying this is just the beginning of crypto adoption, if one country have fully embrace crypto then others will happen, there is no question mark at the back of his tweet where he said 'just the beginning' so to me you are wrong
