That is the perfect argument here , They will let you deposit , Play , and LOSE but when winning comes your way then they will accuse you of being cheater and violator and for them to look legit , then will give you the deposit amount but will never get your wins.
same as if you lose , they will never accuse you of anything and that is what we called a clear scammer.
they have the Guts to say they are not scam by giving back the deposit amount but why never let your players take their wins?
