Alts market generally takes lead from Bitcoin price movement so does Doge and despite massive BTC dump yesterday it is still trading above 0.2$.  It is also favorite coin of Elon Musk and his tweets pump this coin but fundamentally it is not so string coin. general perception of crypto community is that its a meme coin and people use it to transfer funds quickly and with less fee.
