I dont think that waiting for 2024 would be a great idea, 2024 would be the next halving so how do you say that it would be the target year for the bearish market, this time would be the best time buy what altcoin you want. I am also holding altcoin and I keep buying more if I will have an extra money because I know I cant see this value after years.
so you'll wait until 2024 when crypto will become mass adopted when you could invest in some good altcoins who could do x100- in 3 years 
That's true and altcoin can also do x100 for only 1 year just like what happen to SOLANA coin.
