There is currently a ton of people who are everyday reporting issues with their brand new purchased Ledger Nano X devices, so I would advice everyone not to waste money purchasing this junk device.
That's a pretty harsh statement, and while I respect your criticisms of Ledger devices, I don't think those complaints are the rule; they're the exceptions.  I've had a Nano X for a while now and have never experienced battery problems--and yes, I realize I'm one data point, but I'm guessing I'm not the only one here who owns one and hasn't had a problem yet.

Can't say I care much for the Bluetooth feature nor the internal battery. Good old cables beats wireless connections if you ask me just like a pen and paper is better than saving your seed digitally.
I don't like the bluetooth function, either, to be honest and I never use it.  However, I do like Ledger devices and the X is slightly better than the S in my opinion.  If you're a long-term holder of one or more coins, you don't even need to use the device; you just need the addresses you're going to use and the recover phrase--but that's true of any hardware wallet, I guess.

OP, I'm not poo-poo'ing your references, because obviously people are having trouble with their devices, and that's something Ledger should be concerned about.  Given that the ones you posted are very recent, I wonder if QC at their manufacturing site has gone to shit recently.  Has this been a long-standing problem, though?  Again, I doubt it--but I'll keep an open mind to this issue, and if you follow up with posting more complaints, I'd definitely start to wonder what the hell is going on with Ledger.
